Culture Education is an essential aspect of the Birla Open Minds curriculum. Understanding this importance and glorifying Indian traditions with the young generation, Birla Open Minds Kukatpally celebrates Janmashtami with full fervor and enthusiasm every year. Our Children won the soul of all by dressing in the attire of Krishna and Gopika. Little Krishna and Radha looked adorable and fabulous in their traditional costumes.
Janmashtami also was known as Gokulashtami is an annual Hindu festival. It is celebrated as the birthday of Krishna. Krishna is the eighth avatar of Vishnu. The story and childhood of Lord Krishna was narrated to the children. The sole objective of Sri Krishnas birth and to celebrate Janmashtami is to free the Earth from the evilness of demons. It conveyed the strong message Victory of good over evil.
Finally, at the end, children danced to the tunes of kanhiya songs with enjoyment and it was indeed a marvelous sight to watch.
